Amazing hotel most luxurious beautiful beach view heaven on earth. Service is top notch. Breakfast by the ocean and the sun and the staff are amazing so accommodating to everything you need. The spa is out of this world.

A truly exceptional stay , thank you to the whole team at this hotel Thank you to Cemi and Sema for making our holiday the best ever and Sami and Elinur too. From the moment we entered nothing was too much for the team , the hotel is absolutely spotless and modern , our 2 bedroom suite was luxurious and we in fact extended our stay for an extra 2 nights. The hotel has the most tranquil spa area and all facilities are of a very high standard. The sauna and steam room and indoor pool were so lovely and clean and the gym had a Pilate machine. Cemi the manager and Sema really went over and beyond for us and we cannot thank them enough. The food at the Buddha bar was excellent. The hotel is a short distance to the town. The views from the rooms are breathtaking. The whole breakfast team were very polite. We would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel , in fact it’s the staff that made it so special. The amenities in the room were good quality. The smell in the lobby was beautiful and the grounds were very well kept. Check in was smooth and our room was ready on arrival. We will definitely be returning to this hotel . Having been our first trip to Bodrum I can certainly say I choose the best hotel. Taxi drivers also mentioned how Caresse is the best hotel , it’s very classy , clean and modern. The breakfast spread was very diverse with lots of choice and if you wanted something they don’t have just ask and many times they will make it if available. I cannot fault anything about this hotel. We visited Caresse Resort for our wedding anniversary lunch, and it was nothing short of breathtaking. The views were absolutely stunning—one of those places where you just want to pause and take it all in. The ambiance was serene, making it the perfect spot to celebrate such a special day. A big shoutout to Nurcan, who was incredibly kind and helpful, adding to the warmth of our experience. It was a celebration to remember in the most beautiful setting.

We were expecting a wonderful holiday in Bodrum in this beautiful hotel. Unfortunately we were disappointed from our first night as two of the rooms out of 3 rooms we had booked had their airconditioners not working properly, also the loud music added to us not having a great night. We thought, new day, we will let them know and surely they will fix the aircons to be cont… Went for breakfast slightly earlier than the rest of our party to get a table for 5, it was practically an empty restaurant, stunning views by the way, asked for a table for the 5 of us to sit together, they offered for us to sit inside, I pointed out that the outside is empty and all they have to do is to put a table next to another one. The lady suggested 4 of us can sit together and one on a separate table. I said I would literally be happy if 2 people sat together but told her nicely it is a bit ridiculous as there is space and that we are on a family holiday to be together she did eventually accommodate us. The manager was lovely, came to the tables to ask how everything was. We told him about both air-cons and he said they would look into it! We were there for a week, one of the rooms air-cons never got fixed throughout our weeks holiday at Caresse and when they went to fix one of them rubble and rubbish was left uncleared all day on the floor ( even though we had asked for it to be cleaned and left the to clean sign light on in the room) we had to get someone up from reception to show them and eventually after a day of leaving it to get done, it did get cleaned up. We got fruits, pastry and wine as an apology for the air-cons and mess but to be honest it was one day before we left and I would much rather have had my kids ( grown up ones) have a fan ( we did ask for one) or a working air-con than the gesture. They did offer a different room on the last day but to pack and unpack ( in a room that was not as nice as the previous one the last day) was pointless as we had wasted enough of our much awaited holiday time asking for things to get fixed. The Art in the hotel is stunning, lovely beach, amenities but the attention to detail ( cups and food left outside other people’s doors and not picked up) was disappointing. When we were leaving they offered a nights stay at the hotel and when we said we would rather they take something off the final bill ( drinks had at the hotel) the main manager refused to do this. I didn’t want a free nights stay as I would not be going back to the hotel again. Really very disappointed as had high hopes. Such a shame as the hotel is beautiful.

Stayed at the Caresse while attending a destination wedding at another Bodrum hotel. Head Concierge Onur was most polite and accommodating. Clean, spacious rooms. Loved the relaxing options: infinity pool and private beach. Our server at the Buddha Bar was very friendly. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet every morning on the outside terrace. Hope to return one day. Thank you, Caresse!
